Over past several months I had to reset my password and contact Autodesk on three separate occasions when trying to access my GBS account. The worst part to this story is that we use GBS for real projects and getting in front of the client while unsuccessfully trying to log into the account is at least embarrassing if not downright stupid.
Since the universal access has been enabled for the subscription accounts, we had nothing but trouble with logging into GBS. Can someone at ADSK fix that please, otherwise I am switching to EcoDesigner.
BTW, I was supposed to present on how easy is to work with Revit and GBS next week at USGBC, and I can't get to my projects....
