KeyShot export issue

Trying to throw a dataset out to KeyShot and this one seems to kill the process pretty quickly and efficiently.. Any ideas folks?

Are you following the process outlined in this youtube video?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uYvdr3Nsw54

Is this happening with just one design or with all designs?

Thanks,

Yeah, definitely following the process. It appears to be an issue with just this particular data set for some reason

Al,

Could you forward me the .F3D file of that design so that I may try to reproduce the issue on my end?

If you edit the Design, from the main application menu ("3 dash drop down menu"), there is an 'Export Archive' command. After creating the .F3D file, could you e-mail it to me at Nathan DOT Chandler AT Autodesk DOT Com?

Or... if you'd like to test out some of the collaboration features in Fusion 360, feel free to invite the above e-mail address to the group and to the specific design. This will enable me to access the design in-product.

Let me know if you have any questions or if you have any difficulties.

Kind Regards,

Hi Al,

Any chance that I could get a copy of that file to help diagnose the problem?

Thanks

Colin
