Installation problem

Today I downloaded the new version of Fusion 360. I have logged in with my user and I get the message "hub configuration has failed." I tried to reboot, install new ... nothing.

Using a MacPro 2008 with OSX 10.8.4

Hi Ken!

My apologies for the delayed response as well as the poor experience thus far. While we're looking into potential causes, are you able to send me a Private Message with your Fusion 360 login credentials?

Following up on this one, I can confirm that the issue has been resolved and you should now be able to successfully login and access Fusion 360.

Again thank you very much for your patience while we got to the bottom of this one and please don't hesitate to let us know if anything else comes up!

Hello,
I have got this problem too:
"Hub Configuration has failed
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please contact the Support forum"

I tried to reinstall by following the steps from the first page on this topic but it hasn't change anything.
I'm a french design student working on macbook pro 10.9.2 (don't know if it will help)
How can I resolve this?

Thanks

Hello,

This error usually indicates a connectivity issue. I know there was a window where maintenance was performed this weekend. Is this issue ongoing or has it been resolved?

Thanks,

Hello,
thank you for answering so quickly!

My connection was very good and I've tested with the firewall disabled...
I didn't notice anything that stated this maintenance but I have "resolved" this issue by creating a new account.
(Despite my conscience tell me not to congest Autodesk database ~sorry)

I just downloaded autodesk fusion 360 on my Macbook Pro running Yosemite 10.10.1. The download was successful but when I input my username and password, the program doesn't respond. Have you experienced this issue? If so what are the suggestions?

Thanks,

Nope, no problem here on Yosemite...

Good luck.

@Anonymous Is there any error message or anything on screen that  may indicate what is happening? Would you mind posting a screenshot?

Thanks,
