Autodesk 360 closing on login

Hi
I'm not sure where I shoud post this...

I installed Autocad 360 on my smartphone (Alcatel One Touch Scribe -8008X, running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean) but it shuts down during login... 😞

Any suggestions, recommendations... or altenatives would be appreciated

So it sounds like you are having trouble with either the Autodesk 360 or the AutoCAD 360 mobile app. You should post your question in one of the below forums, depending on which product you mean.
