Can you control visibility of compnents within a positional line up?

I have 4 Positioanl lineups imported from Inventor. I want to hide a part in 1 of them, then show it in another. Is this possible? If I hide thru originizer, it hides in all...am I missing something? I am a novice in this...Showcase 2014

Dear Ahatz,

For this particular case, you need to use the Alternative visibility lineup in combination with the position lineup.

Having both of these Alternatives will allow you to combine them in a storyboard slide and tell your story.

To find out how to create the visibility lineup Alternative go to the help file: http://download.autodesk.com/global/docs/showcase2014/en_us/

Have a look at the video I have created for you on YouTube. I am showing both the Position and Visibility lineup effect.
