serial number

I've just downloaded autodesk smoke, and when I got to the second step of setting up (license) and clicked 'get license' it opened up another page on safari where it told me to enter the product serial number. I did but when I clicked 'next' it says Your product cannot be registered in United States. (7)

Except I'm in the uk.. how do I get the license file? someone please help!

Please contact Autodesk Support in London.

It could be very possible that you are connecting through a proxy server being diverted through a different country.  

I know mine goes through Switzerland so sometimes I have things being denied even though I am in the UK too.   And lots of stuff loads in German 🙂
