Yes. but not in the same way (no floating license, no license transfer utility). Considering that RealViz had a policy of allowing the same license to be activated on two different machines (assuming a laptop/ desktop mix, and that you'd only use one at a time), Autodesk I believe has the same policy. So, you should just be able to install and activate Stitcher on the second machine. If it doesn't work, file a "customer service request" by clicking the button in the Activate window...
