Hi there!
Currently I'm using Wiretap Central's read_frame and ffmbc to convert to prores and it seems to be the fastest way to get prores files under linux. But wtc's read_frame function reads 8bit per channel by default, and the -b flag somehow doesn't work. It's in the help read_frame shows but when used it returns "invalid argument" error.
Does anyone converts to ProRes in 10bit per channel under linux? Maybe someone already adjusted WTC functions to make it available through the web interface? Also, are there any documentation about wtc functions and maybe there's a chance to get more metadata (ie reel name and timecode) one can read from the library?
Thank you!
