You can only render D.o.F.accumulation with the legacy camera - and I guess it's not working for you.

The revised camera called Camera3D can output values that can be piped into a Depth of Field after the action output in batch.

Try using a Camera 3D and not the default camera that appears within action.

Add a D.o.F. node and play with the depth-o-gram.

Yep you're right - the depth of field function for the legacy camera in action in batch in flame premium 2014.0.2 is dead.

Previews just fine but won't process in the greater scheme of the pipeline.

Doesn't matter if you enable it under the render functions for the output.

It's a support issue.

Report the bug.

As for the Camera3D node - well that seems to be working with the D.o.F. node just fine.

Take another look at it.

I just thought - you need to enable a z-depth output pass from the action and pipe that into the D.o.F. node for it work as you expect.

Don't forget.

Thankyou Sir.

I can send you setups if you would like, although the reproduction will probably be faster.

It may have been mentioned already, but the fog tool also has a similar problem, which caused a bit of a headache yesterday.

Hi - yeah, same here - can't use the Action-based DoF, which is (was) pretty much my favourite thing in Flame! it previews OK but won't render within Batch.

would be awesome if this could get fixed soon as i use it all the time (and it is miiiiiiles better than the Batch DoF node, especially for fine detail stuff...)
