Scale tool disappeared?

Today I wasn't able to find the scale tool:

I used it like two weeks ago and now it just isn't there!

I have looked at the tutorials and it should be there. Am I doing something wrong?

It is not yet integrated into parametric modeling- to see it you need to "Add Base Feature"

Currently Scale is available in two environments:

1 Don't capture design history - convert the model to be direct modeling.

2 Parametric “Create Base" environment.

Parametric Scale Body will be available in next release.
