SP5 freezes with certain footage

Hello

So my machine matches the SP5 specs and I can run the footage that comes with the SP5 tutorials when you download it from Autodesk but I cant run ANY of the footage I get from the FxPHD tuts.

I am running them from a G-Tech Raid via eSata. Once I try to play them Smoke just freezes. And its just Smoke with the spinning wheel bc all my other apps and internet will continue to work.

The footage is Pro res but Smoke says its 720p 10bit.

The SP5 tuts footage is in jpg format.

UPDATE!:

So I turned the FXPHD footage to h.264 and it works fine...So I guess I cant run 720p Pro Res or 10bit of an eSATA?
