Painting Issues in Mudbox

So im trying to paint my organic character but i keep having these small bugs that keep stopping me to fix them.

I dont know if you can tell but its pretty clear to me that the its painting stars. Every time this happens i have to erase and paint again. 

Does anyone know what causing this?

I think those are from the texture of the brush wrapping around the model from the front when you paint.

They happen if you use a large brush with a texture on it on a surface that's a lot smaller than the brush size.

Luckily there is an option to make paint falloff as it angles away from the view. Check the "Falloff Based on Facing Angle" option under falloff for the paint brush tool.
