Hard Commit - Black Frames

Hello,

I have an issue where I have built a timeline, rendered what I've needed too, all seems fine.

I tried to export a QT of this timeline & it exports as black frames.

If I add a layer & Hard Commit all I get is black frames.

Any ideas?

Hi Summer,

this usually happens when there is a segment that is missing a mandatory resize fx.   They are supposed to be added automatically but if one is missing, that would be the impact.  If use the display clip info hotkey over the sequence thumbnails and then on the timeline segments, if you see a timeline segment that does not match the sequence resolution/bit depth and does not have a resize, you need to add one.
