Maybe you have frames in projects from older versions? or a lot of unreferenced frames. You might also have files in /mnt/StorageMedia that are not your managed media files.
First try
/usr/discreet/io/bin/vic -a -f
also, look at the output of
/usr/discreet/io/bin/vstat -v stonefs7 -l
If you don't need anything on the system, you can manually delete certain files/folders to reinitialise.
as root, (call support if you are uncomfortable with linux)
/etc/init.d/stone+wire stop
rm -rf /usr/discreet/clip/stonefs7/*
rm -rf /usr/discreet/sw/swdb/*
Similarly, you also need to delete your managed media folder.
grep '^Path=' /usr/discreet/sw/cfg/stone+wire.cfg | sed -e 's/Path=//' -e 's/$/\/*/' | xargs rm -rf
you can also delete the projects
rm -rf /usr/discreet/project/*
Now you can start stone+wire and it will be a fresh system.
/etc/init.d/stone+wire start

if no other systems are accessing your framestore, you can delete the references.
rm -f /usr/discreet/clip/stonefs7/.*
this will allow vic to run.

Hi Eduard,
I think it will be easier and faster if you call support so that can log into your system and get it going.
There are many reasons why wiretap gateway does not start. Were there any network or software changes?
Have a look in /usr/discreet/log/wiretapgateway.log
But as I said, call the helpful people in support for a fast fix.
cheers
Jason
Thanks for your help.
For those interested, that allows me to run the vic enter </ usr/discreet/clip/stonefs7> and delete files... rm .ref ref.log ref.rec allow this command to run the vic.
As had already manipulated the pc I had to format the storage and make removSof. (remove all Flame software, reinstall and Done.)
Thank you for your help.
