Flame rendering - incredibly slow.

If anyone could help me with this request I would be extremely grateful as I'm delivering a big project in 24 hours and the Flame I'm using has just run to a grinding halt. To be more specific, every time I try to render a new frame, whether it's in Batch or on the desktop, it takes about 2 minutes before the render begins.

I have 100,00 free frames and apart from that all functionality appears normal.

All suggestions welcome.

i have the same problem right now...

i found out that one of my disc has been stopped working...check your stone discs...

Hope this answer doesn't come in too late: have you tried restarting your workstation? Do you have enough free space on the computer's system drive, not just Flame's media storage drive?

Are there any messages in Flame's console window?
