I use backburner quite a bit to que up maya jobs and I can always set the number of frames per task. With composite, it sends 1 frame per task. It's not such a big deal, however backburner jobs take waaaaaaay longer than if I just did a foreground render. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the tasks. In maya, each task reloads the scene, obviously so it can be taken by any computer. I assume composite is doing the same thing, but since it's only doing one frame per task, it has to load the whole scene each time. Still fast, but can I make it do a batch of ten or more so it wouldn't have to load the scene over each time? Or is this a limitation?
