Asking for activation on every launch

On launch, I get the 'checking license' dialog flash up. 

After checking the autodesk database, smoke launches fine, as the database confirms my license, and I get an email confirming activation.

But, smoke doesn't 'activate'. So next time I launch the whole process starts again. generating a new email on every launch.

 

Anyone else?
