Blank screen when zooming

When I zoom in to a small detail of a 2D plan I don't see any objects anymore.

Workflow:

-Open plan: no problems

-Start zooming: no problems

-Zooming more in detail: suddenly the objects disappear.

No problems with 3D views.

Thanks for the feedback on what you are seeing. Can you tell us what type of file this is? Also can you post a screen shot and share it here as well.

It happens with DWFx, Revit and DWG files.

I too have experienced this but zoomed a little closer and everything was fine, seems like a graphical glitch. Can easily be resolved with zooming in or out but probably would become slightly annoying if it persisted.

The team has informed that the issue has been fixed. Though I am not sure when it will be Live. I will keep you posted as soon as I hear.
