Fillet with a 0 radius

Fillet with a 0 radius

It would be nice if fillet radius would accept 0 so it could be used to clean up imported sketches.  It is a great way to make the ends of two lines match.

There's a sort of solution given here, using a coincident constrain.

The only problem, it tends to move one of the lines if they're not constrained first.
