Unable to use ShareNow in Revit Arch 2008

I have run the msi for Revit, made sure teh dll was in the correct place
and modified my ini file (Running Revit Strut and Arch, want ShareNow in
Arch, it found Struct first) All I see is two black, blank icons.
Clicking them does nothing.

[ExternalApplications]

EAClassName1=Autodesk.Freewheel.RevitAddin.ShareNowApp
EAAssembly1=C:\Program Files\Revit Architecture
2008\Program\RevitShareNow.dll

There must be more to modify. It is a known problem that the installer adds
the capability to the first Revit it finds. In my Revit.ini file I have:

EAAssembly1=C:\Program Files\Revit Architecture
2008\Program\\RevitShareNow.dll

I see the 2 slashes in there, but that's what I have and it is working. I
have a 20KB RevitShareNow.dll in my

C:\Program Files\Revit Architecture 2008\Program

directory. I also have RevitFreewheel.bmp, FreewheelConsole.exe, and
DWFtkInterop.dll in that same directory.

Thanks. I was missing the bmp, exe, and DWFtkInterop.dll from my Revit
Arch dir. A little "readme.txt" explaining what files need to be
present wouldn't hurt in the future.
