Try this one:

and let me know if it works better.

I'm running Vista 32 and Acad 2008 and get the Message "You must run AutoCAD at least once under this user account". I've disabled the UAC, but that didn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Thanks, Tom

Hi,

We're aware of this, and currently working on the installer issues of
ShareNow on Vista. If you find any workarounds or further problems, feel
free to post them.

Thank you for your patience,
Cheers,
Gyuri Ordody

I removed that old file as part of releasing the updated ShareNow:

http://labs.blogs.com/its_alive_in_the_lab/2008/03/3d2d-sharenow-s.html

The changes in this version were related to AutoCAD. As far as our Revit
installer goes, it adds the ShareNow utility to the first Revit it finds. If
you are on a 64-bit machine, we know of a problem where users have a
"Program Files (x86)" folder name. I am guessing this is an issue for us
related to our installer running on Microsoft Vista. We will look into that.

I'm trying to install for Revit and I keeping getting the 2709 error code. I am on a XP based workstation with RA2008. Any ideas? Is this related to the folder name issue?

Please try this updated one:

I have not tested it with Revit yet. You could be the first! Please let us
know if it works for you.

I am sorry you are having trouble. I am not sure what the problem is. I
personally downloaded the ZIP file this morning. My size of
ShareNowInstallers.zip was 5,144,593 bytes.
