You are correct in that collaboration is a feature we are getting feedback
on via Project Freewheel.
The files are somewhat secure in that it is unlikely that anyone could ever
guess the URL. As you have noted by looking at the email, they are random

How long are the files on the Autodesk server? Freewheel labs allows me to
see my uploaded files and delete them. But regular Freewheel does not have
this functionality.
Is it secure by the shear length of the email links?
