It seems some tools like Orbit3D are not active when viewing a DWF on a smartphone, for exmple if you view this page on a desktop computer: http://www.triangleimpossible.com/me.htm everything works, but if you view it on a smartphone (I use an Android phone), some tools are disabled like the most important in that case, the Orbit3D tool, what gives? Thanks.

The Freewheel server detects the mobile device and redirects the user to the /mobile page. The code for this page was developed in 2007 and phones have come a long way since. Adding 3D to the mobile page is something we can also consider in a future update. Right now the focus is on Project Butterfly which will become AutoCAD WS.
