Account Doesn't Work

Hi there!

I downloaded Flow Design and installed it as student... Receive the confirmation email with product key and serial number! When I run Flow Design (Stand Alone mode) the next message appears "Your Autodesk account not entitled for Flow Design".

I don`t know what's wrong, the program or my account?

Sincerly, Daniel

Hello!

I have the exact same issue, i.e. EDU account, Flow Design Stand Alone, when starting the messages "Account not Authorized" and "Your Autodesk Account is not entitled for Flow Design." appear.

Here are two other threads describing the issue:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/flow-design-general-discussion/account-not-entitled-for-flow-design/td...

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/flow-design-general-discussion/account-not-authorized-for-flow-design/...

But I can't find a solution.

Do I have to enable Flow Design in my account and if so, how to do it?

Best Regards,

Lukas

Hi

Flow Design uses Autodesk's Single Sign On for login. In some cases we have seen authorization being blocked due to firewall restrictions. This article presents some things you can do to troubleshoot the issue:

It's not a certainty this is what is causing your issue but this would be a good first step for troubleshooting.
