Could anyone take a look at this file and give their input please? I am in a perty desperate situation and time is running out....
The file now has over one hundred thousand faces(large building with many parts, topographical landscape with X-trees, and optimized sky dome). The rendering frame size is around 1600 x 1200 pics. This worked fine two weeks ago and was rendering one image every two minutes. The problem started when I took a tutorial from Jan Ray Brookes(it taught daylight systems, material refinement, radiosity refinement). We had an initail problem of colors bleeding onto others turning everything in the model green. We used radiosity overide to stop the bleeding.
Photometric lights are used to light the model. We had originally tried to use a daylighting system but had no luck creating a realistic effect. The "sun" is a combination of a direct photometric spotlight and a photometric area light set up with area shadows. The lights on the interior are all photometric area lights with area shadows.
Any and all comments or suggestions are welcome!
