AutoLISP Coding Guide - Minor update

I recently stumbeled across the old AGC.DOC from the AutoCAD R12 Bonus
Disk.

Not too many updates...

It has been converted to HTML and had the 2011 level Visual Lisp
commenting conventions added (Sec. 2.1.5).

Now its a Windows HelpFile. It may be handy for many people. -Bill
