recurrence (attempt 2)

Does not seem to work, closed work orders with a recurrence are just that...closed..

If you are looking for a response from the product support teaml, this should be sent to product support via the support web site or the email address. These forums are for peer-to-peer information and community discussion (which can certainly be a form of support).
