In my preventive maintenance program I have equipment needing planned maintenance at two year and 3 year intervals. Currently in the "Work Request Recurrence" window of Facility Manager I do not see a way to schedule out more than a one year interval. Any work arounds?
None that I can think of other than setting up yearly with notations that say the year and which ones to delete.
Example: Water Heater coils replaced every 3 years. The work order might say "Check Description - Water Heater Coil Replacement". Then in the discription, list which years you want to track. When that work request comes up, you can check the years in the description and delete it if its not appropriate.
