How to achieve re-scale time like in 3D MAX using FBX SDK?

Hello guys!

I wana to achieve "re-scale" using FBX SDK, I had read FBX SDK for many days, but I havn't found a way to achieve that.Leader asks me to finish it as soon as I possibly can.

Help!~
