As an added benefit for our premium Subscription customers on Platinum & Gold support, a new “Need an Answer” button will now appear each time you submit a question in a forum*, in the lower right corner of your post.

Clicking on the button notifies product support staff that you are asking for assistance. Depending on the question, the answer will either be posted in the forum, or product support will contact you directly.

We encourage you to give your peers in the community an opportunity to help first, but if you need us, we are just a click away!

Please note in order for our backend systems to identify you as a Subscription Customer in the forums, your email address in your profile must match one contained in your Subscription Contract. Please contact your designated Subscription Contract Administrator at your company if you need assistance.
