New Feature - Search Before Post
Note: we have found an issue with this new feature; it searches all threads in the community, not just in the forum where you are creating a post. Our vendor has been notified and the fix should be provided by mid-December. We'll remove this notice when it has been verified.
In order to help community members find answers to their questions/issues and not duplicate exisiting threads, we have turned on a new feature. "Search Before Post" exists in the Subject Line when you type in some keywords, and will auto-suggest threads using similar keywords. So you might not need to log that new post, the answer might already be there waiting for you!
Note that if you don't like the feature you can turn it off as well (just like in the Search box in the upper right).
