solar radiation under two different method of modelling

Hello, all I want to ask some about method of modelling. I was build two exactly same box-type buildings (length - 50m, width - 25m, height - 20m) with skylight ( 30m*20m), all the materials are identical for both models. The only difference is the way of skylight modelling. FIRST is by right click on the roof and insert window. SECOND is add roof and skylight separately. As attached picture shown, results of solar radiation of two model are different. BUT! results of dayliht factor and daylighting levels are same (exclude few cells of grid). And I am really confuse with it. Why shape, size, materials of two models are same, but the solar radiation is different ??? WHICH ONE IS CORRECT ???
