I submitted a suport request 2 weeks ago and have had no response whatsoever. We purchased the product and it doesn't work and it's preventing us from doing our job. Good Luck.
You can use support@ecotect.com if you have Ecotect-specific problems or questions about licensing and activation in Ecotect v5.60 and before.
With anything regarding Autodesk licensing and activation in Autodesk Ecotect 2009 (http://autodesk.com/ecotect) and Autodesk Ecotect Analysis 2010 (http://autodesk.com/ecotect-analysis), you should probably use the resources at http://autodesk.com/support.
