my licence is blocked on my other computer and i can not reactivate it

Hello
I am writing to enquire how to about how i could deactivate my licence from a computer that I am not using anymore.
I made the mistake of unistalling it before deactivating it. Now I am stuck with this licence which I need and can't use.
I already contacted German office who sent me the details from when I bought them wich did not help as every time I try to access the information on link no.2 it says:
The URL you are after has timed-out !
This URL was only temporary, lasting 30-days from the time it was provided by email on the 18 Feb 2008.

They also gave me a contact number for England which ended up being a residential one.

I sent about ten emails to the support@ecotect.com and had not a single answer.

I wonder if there is any chance of me using this software ever again. what make me feel very frustated is the lack of a tephone to contact in case of techinical problems.
