Query:
Hi I am trying to do insolation analysis for a hypothetical building model of 5m x 20m and have placed a courtyard of 3m x 5m in the center of the building. the building has 3 floors with 3m height for each floor. I wanted insolation maps on each floor level. I have referred to the following website tutorial and have done the analysis.

1. I want to now understand what are the other input values that need to be done for this analysis?
2. How to analyze the output image. The values displayed are in Wh.
3. Since I need the internal floor insolation levels do I analyze on grid? Or should I refer to the above link, because as I understand the above link is to determine external solar radiaton levels.
im hereby attaching the ecotect file.. (i guess its not correct) .if anyone may help out in the calcualtions and what all parameters to be considered in ecotect modelling
