Hello, I'm using ECOTECT Analysis 2011 and I'm having some trouble with the basement of our model. When I go to the analysis tab (Hourly Heat Gains/Loses Graph), none of the underground surfaces show thermal loses (conduction loses) to the ground. How would I fix this error? Thanks for any help.
