I am running Ecotect Analysis 2011. I have found a critical error. If you open a model and run a thermal analysis using for example Detroit weather and then without closing Ecotect load another model for example Houston Ecotect does not clear the old (Detroit) weather file. When you run a the Houston Thermal Analysis it runs it using the Detroit weather file but says the Thermal Analysis is Houston. If you force a reload of the "Houston" weather it will then give you then correct run.
