Passive Gains Breakdown

Hi

I have now used a great deal of time to understand the calculations in Ecotect, but there is on graph that i cannot understand. The Passive Gains Breakdown in the thermal analysis.

What does this graph indicate? First i though that it was gains and losses from the room/building but i can also see that the gains and the losses not are the same. In my case the loses are always bigger (but i do not know if it is like that is very cases)

So what does that graph shows? If you turn off the solar radiation gain then the different between in and output of the room/building becomes even bigger.
