Ecotect daylight analysis- value stays the same day and night, any season!

I am a student doing Ecotect Daylight analysis for our poster project.
I have some problems with the program:
1. The grid shows exactly the same results for any time of the year, day or night
2. It seams that northern window gets more sun than southern window although they are the same in dimensions and properties.
Could you kindly advise how could I resolve these problems? I have attached one of my results with sun path included.

Sure, DF is a percentage of outside light, does not vary with the season, time ... The factor is a number cuantificativa, vary with the cloudiness ... Just depends on the geographical position, the built environment, the size / position of the window, not directly dependent reflection ... That is the basis of calculation of this system BRE, realize that home is a manual calculation, with tables.
If you need something more rigorous than using 3DMax or RADIANCE.
I hope I helped found

Jose M Carralero.
