We have purchased 5 license of ECOTECT V5.6 and Weather tool 2.0 and one solar tool, before the software acquired by autodesk. As one of our system crashed due to some reason, we are facing problem in transferring license to another sytem . Fortunately we retrieved the license files of Ecotect and weather software from the crashed system.
Could please help me how to cancel this license and reinstall in other system?
