nCloth collision & wrinkle?

Hi. I'm a beginner VFX.
Now I try to start nCloth in Maya. but I have some problems.

 

My character is rigged and He is wearing the suits. Shirts, jacket ,pants and belt.

I did simulation about shirt, first. But the shirt' front(around buttons) is intersecting.

I made nConstraint in front.( component to Component )

and I will assign the collision layer( body : 0 , pants : 1 shirt : 2 tie: 3 jacket : 4 belt : 3 shoes :0)

is it correct??

that reels are my role models. 
 
I want to make wrinkles like that reel. so I tried using paint vertex attribute (wrinkle). but  it was less effective.
 
Plz help me getting this problems solved.
