Bifrost - cache?

Is it possible to append to a bifrost cache? I don't see it in the docs. If I ran a sim that went 75% of the way through. I had to quite the scene and now I want to finish up the cache.

Hello,

Currently in Maya there is no append cache option with Bifrost.

Cheers,

Karen

hello Sir....

it means there is no option so that if my sim stopped at 271 frame and i want it to 300 frames, it simply means that i have to re-simulate all frames from the bigginning.........????

Unfortunately, in Maya 2015 that was the case. We are working on a solution for the next release.

Oh wait, I forgot: you might be able to do something clever like go to the last frame of your sim, set your container's startFrame attribute to that frame and continue caching. That _might_ work.
