is there a way to make dynamic blocks stretchable similar to a mleader,
the blocks i create are only stretchable by grips, and not by crossing
(i am using linear or point parameter stretches)

Can you post an example of what you want?
The Dynamic Properties are not accessable with a Crossing window.
If you're building a dynamic block that you want to act like an mleader you might want to play around with the polar parameter. That might solve your problem.
