dynamic block does not work...

hi everyone,

I am new in dynamic block, I created a dynamic block table and I try to insert into a drawing, however, it doesn't work, all block data are gone..

is anyone know how to fix it or  any idea I may did someting wrong..

How are you trying to Insert the Block?

Dragging it from Design Center to another drawing works fine here.

I have try "insert block" and "copy and past" both are not work, I even open a new drawing to insert the block, it seem working but when I select different data, it clash, can you have a look the attached.

I tried the most recent Block that you posted and it does crash here as well.

The first Block you posted works fine here with INSERT or dragged from Design Center.

However - If you do INSERT the Drawing file that Contains the Block Design_Data you must EXPLODE the entity to use the Dynamic Properties.

If you want to drag from Design Center you will need to choose the tab Open Drawings, file name Design_Data-X, Blocks (from the tree), and then Design_Data.

Audit returned no problems either.

Any need for all the Constraints? If not I would remove those as well.

I try to insert again in autocad 2014 work perfectly, will try it on 2012 autocad again.

I downloaded your D Block   DESIGN_DATA-X.dwg ‏67 KB 

I am using release 2014 and it works fine.

I checked the block properties table and all the info is there

Re-start AutoCAD and try again

go to options under selections make sure it says show grips in both boxes,show grips and show grips in blocks.
