X & Y SCALE AGAIN

Trying to insert Dynamic Block so that I can adjust to different X & Y Scale. Can this be done or should I wait for another update?

i've found if you adjust the x y scale of the block it locks the dynamic block options, return to the same and the options return

if you want different x/y scales.. why not make them part of the DB?..
you can add scale options.

Perhaps I should be a little clearer.
I have some tree blocks (trees in Elevation not Plan).
I would like a dynamic block with a list of various tree heights i.e. scaled from my 1 metre high block. I am able to do this but what I would then like is having selected a scaled height I would then like to scale the X axis to make it look progressively thinner whilst still retaining the selected height. I just can't figure out how to do this.

From your description of how you want the tree to act it sounds like a stretch action applied to the tree's crown would give the effect you want. You could then add incremental distances to linear control for the sizes you want. Of course this will not make the trunk thinner , it may appear that way. Besides, as a former Forestry major, the trunks of tree get bigger as the tree grows.
