Moving Text with Constraints in a DB.

Maybe I missed something. This is really basic if you use parameters and an action, create a linear parameter and associate a move or stretch with it. But you can not do this with Constraints. What is the best way to move text in a constraint setting? I have attached a .DWG with what i am attempting to do. The Attribute on the bottom right needs to move with the right line and at the same rate.
Thanks for any help in advance.

just add another horizontal constrain from edge of panel to text (node point).
make sure that your snap to NODE is on.
