Incremental stretch value

I've created a dynamic block with listed increments e.g. 36, 42, 48 inches width.

The dynamic window block that comes with autocad has the same incremental stretch.

This block shows the tick marks as well as a the value in a dynamic input box.

How can I have the value displayed in my cutom dynamic block.

All I have is the "tick" marks.

I'm not sure that there is an automatic way, but you could add them yourself using visibility states.

I think I figured out what is happening.

I use Autocad Architecture and this displays the dynamic input box differently than plain autocad.

Not sure how to get the same to show in ACA

A Field has likely been assigned to the OOTB  Block and needs to be added to yours.

Posting your DynBlk for others to see will always get better results.

The object is just a plain old autocad dynamic block.

See attached the difference in the dynamic input between ACA and plain Autocad.

The autocad dyn input displays per the list values of the stretch which is handy to identify the size you're stretching to, as well it stays within the block.

The ACA has the dyn input of the the r/h bottom and does not limit itself to the list values of the block.

Same block with different results for the dyn input.

Perhaps you're refering to the "Dynamic Input"? (Hotkey - F12)

That's the one.....but it's behaves differently between ACA and Acad.

It's not a major problem, just wondering that's all.
