Help !!! So near and yet so far!!

I have created (attached a dynamic block of a metal stud panel, with adjustable window sizes position and such but what it need to finish is the horizontal noggins ! Is it possible to put in items that will stay at one third of the panel size, ie when i increase my panel height the noggins go up by the relevant amount! and still will be at one third of the new size

Once again, wrong group.

Maybe we are getting tired of writing your code for you. Creating blocks via
automation is well documented in the SDK documents.

Easy enough for you to say... you probably haven't seen the many posts by
that individual requesting complete code [so I can copy and paste it into my
app that I'm writing at very-cheap labor rates].
