Dynamic Blocks

I been doing AutoCAD Blocks since AutoCAD version 9

Now in 2013... Sometimes FIT option works for me...

... most times it does not.

Has anyone had any trouble with this - and or - found a work-a-round preceedure?

One point though: The block is Annotative = Yes...

If I set this to NO, in the block where it isn't working then it works as it should. However, strange as it seems... both the versions are Annotative...

I havn't had any problems yet with the "Fit" option in 2013 yet.

Does the block have any dynamic properties that could give the fit attribute any problems?
