Dynamic title Revision block

I have created 4 different layouts for A0, A1, A2 and A3 that will print to scale at 1:100 as standard (or whatever the selected scale is) to go with this I am attempting to create one revision block that has different viewstates for each layout AND only has to be filled out once.

I have created the different Visibility states and linked in all the subfields to the main set but something is so not right

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Anybody that tells you their DynBlk worked the first time; ONLY added a Flip Action.
(But I bet they forgot to lock the Attributes!)
